I've always had a sweet tooth. Heck, I've even won some very pretty ribbons for my baking. So, finding replacements has been a challenge since eliminating inflammatory foods from my diet. 

 This recipe gets me through when I'm having one of those after dinner hankerings.

 

1 egg

2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon swerve granular

1 tablespoon almond flour

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

Shake of salt

 

Wisk all ingredients together in a mug. Microwave for one minute, check for doneness. It might need more time depending on your microwave. 

 Make it more decadent by adding some coconut whipped cream, peanut butter or both!
